International Customers & Those in
Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories: If you've received
any
damaged or defective items,
or any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 2
days to request a refund, store credit or compensation. All
pieces must be in its original state as received; pieces that have
been cut, sanded, or altered in any way are not subject for a refund
or compensation. Due to the
expense of shipping
International orders, customers may need only to explain there claim
and NOT return the pieces in question. Pictures may be only
needed for proof. Replacement pieces will also NOT be sent out
due to the cost of shipping internationally.
Lost International
order claims can take up to 45 days before
refund is issued. This is due to the fact that in many cases
delayed or lost orders have their way of eventually being delivered.
International insurance claims
for lost or stolen merchandise will be processed through the carrier's
insurance company and maybe take up to 8 weeks for orders to be
reimbused.
