Return & Claim Policy

Upon receiving the woods you've ordered, be sure to inspect them immediately. If you've received any damaged or defective items, or any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 2 days. All pieces to be claimed must be in its original state as received; pieces that have been cut, sanded, or altered in any way are not subject for a refund or compensation.

Customers Within the Continental U.S. & Alaska: If you've received any damaged or defective items, or any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 2 days to request a credit, refund or compensation. For returns of non-defective pieces, you'll have 30 days to request a credit or refund (minus shipping charges and a 20-percent restocking fee). Any wood being returned to us must remain in its original state; pieces that have developed checks or cracks, or that have been cut, sanded, or altered in any way, are not returnable. Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice with any return. If you've purchased woods totaling more than $295 and received free shipping, but then decide to return those woods, you will consequently be responsible for the original shipping charges (this amount will be deducted from the credit or refund).

International Customers & Those in Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories: If you've received any damaged or defective items, or any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 2 days to request a refund, store credit or compensation.  All pieces must be in its original state as received; pieces that have been cut, sanded, or altered in any way are not subject for a refund or compensation. Due to the expense of shipping International orders, customers may need only to explain there claim and NOT return the pieces in question.  Pictures may be only needed for proof.  Replacement pieces will also NOT be sent out due to the cost of shipping internationally.

Lost International order claims can take up to 45 days before refund is issued.  This is due to the fact that in many cases delayed or lost orders have their way of eventually being delivered. 

International insurance claims for lost or stolen merchandise will be processed through the carrier's insurance company and maybe take up to 8 weeks for orders to be reimbused.
